This policy explains what information FurEver Portrait Studio (“we”) collects when you use fureverportraitstudio.net, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account and order details — your name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, and what you ordered.
- Pet photos and messages — the photos you upload and the notes and feedback you send us about your order.
- Payment information — payments are processed by PayPal. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Basic site data — cookies needed for your cart and login, and standard server logs.
How we use it
- To make, approve and ship your keepsake
- To contact you about your order
- To provide customer support and handle returns or disputes
- To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements
Your pet photos
Photos you upload are used to craft your keepsake and are shared only with the artisan making your piece. We will never use your photos or photos of your finished keepsake in our marketing without your permission.
Who we share it with
We share information only with services needed to run the store — for example our payment processor (PayPal), shipping carriers, our hosting provider and the artisans who make your keepsake. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your pet photos once your order is complete.
Your choices
You can view and update your account details in My Account. To request a copy or deletion of your personal data, email us at support@fureverportraitstudio.net.
