How does it work?
Place your order, upload photos of your pet in your account, and our artisan begins crafting. When your keepsake is finished, we post photos for you to approve before it ships. See How It Works for the full process.
Do I need an account?
Yes — an account is created for you at checkout. It’s where you upload your pet’s photos, see progress photos, approve your finished keepsake and message us.
Can you make other animals, or more than one pet?
Yes — rabbits, birds, horses and more, and multi-pet pieces too. Email us your photos first and we’ll confirm the details and price.
What sizes and styles are available?
- Full-body portrait: 7″ ($699), 11″ ($799) or 15″ ($899) tall
- 7-inch photo frame: half body with paws ($599) or half body without paws ($499)
- Necklace and charm bracelet in 925 sterling silver ($69 each)
Photos
What photos should I send?
Clear, well-lit photos of your pet: front face, left side, right side and full body, plus any special markings. Natural daylight without filters works best.
How do I upload them?
Log in and go to My Account → Orders → View. You’ll see an upload box for each angle. You can add more photos at any time before you approve your keepsake.
I only have a few old photos. Is that OK?
Yes. Send the clearest ones you have — if we need anything else, we’ll ask.
Approval & revisions
Will I see my keepsake before it ships?
Always. We post photos of the finished piece in your account and email you. Nothing ships until you approve it.
What if it isn’t quite right?
Click Request changes and tell us exactly what to adjust. Your first revision is free; additional revisions are $15 each.
Timing & shipping
How long does it take?
Crafting time after we receive your photos:
- Necklace & bracelet: about 3–4 weeks
- Photo frame: about 6+ weeks
- Full-body portrait: about 8+ weeks
Shipping usually takes 7–14 business days after that. Need it by a specific date? Contact us before ordering.
Where do you ship?
Free shipping within the United States. We also ship to Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand for a flat $25. Import duties, if any, are paid by the customer.
Cancellations & refunds
Can I cancel or get a refund?
You can cancel for a full refund before we start crafting. Because every piece is custom-made, we can’t refund once work has begun or after you’ve approved your piece. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll make it right. See our Shipping & Refund Policy.
