How It Works - FurEver Portrait Studio

Every FurEver keepsake is made by hand, just for you. Here’s exactly what happens after you order — and how you stay involved at every step.

Pick a full-body portrait, photo frame, necklace or bracelet and place your order. An account is created for you at checkout.

In My Account → Orders, upload clear photos: front face, left side, right side, full body and any special markings.

Your artisan studies every marking and expression. We share progress photos in your account along the way.

When it’s finished, we post photos for you to review. Approve it, or tell us what to change — your first revision is free.

Once approved, we carefully pack your keepsake and email you the tracking number.

What photos should I send?

Good photos are the most important ingredient. After ordering, you’ll upload them in your account under My Account → Orders → View order.

Front face — looking at the camera, eyes clearly visible
Left side and right side — side profiles
Full body — standing or sitting, whole body in frame
Special markings (optional) — spots, patches, eye color, tail, a favorite collar

Tips: use natural daylight, avoid filters, and send the clearest photos you have. Old photos are fine — if we need anything else, we’ll ask.

When your keepsake is finished, we upload photos of it to your order and email you. In your account you can:

Approve & ship — we pack it and send it to you
Request changes — tell us exactly what to adjust (for example, “the ears should be a little darker”). Your first revision is free; further revisions are $15 each.
Message us at any time about your order

If we haven’t heard back within 7 days, we’ll send a gentle reminder. After 14 days without a reply, we ship the piece as shown.
