Custom orders
Every FurEver keepsake is handmade to order from the photos you provide. Please make sure your photos clearly show your pet’s features and markings.
Approval & revisions
Before shipping, we’ll post photos of your finished piece in your account and email you. Approve it or request changes from your order page. One revision is included free; further revisions are $15 each. If we don’t hear back within 7 days, we’ll send a reminder; after 14 days without a reply, we’ll ship your piece as shown.
Production time
- Necklace & bracelet: about 3–4 weeks
- Photo frame: about 6+ weeks
- Full-body portrait: about 8+ weeks
Shipping
- United States: free shipping
- Canada, UK, Europe, Australia & New Zealand: flat $25
- Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after shipping. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships.
- Any import duties or taxes are paid by the customer. We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Cancellations & refunds
- Before crafting begins: full refund.
- After crafting begins or after you approve your piece: no refunds, as each piece is one of a kind.
- Damaged in transit: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll repair, remake or refund.
- Lost package: if tracking shows no movement for 20 days, we’ll remake or refund.
